National Service Scheme (NSS) Programs

As part of our commitment to community service, the Department of Public Health Dentistry actively participates in the National Service Scheme (NSS). The NSS programs aim to instill a sense of social responsibility in our students and involve them in various community service activities. Our NSS initiatives include:

Adoption of Schools, Orphanages, and Old Age Homes

Our department is committed to making a positive impact on society through the adoption of schools, orphanages, and old age homes. These initiatives include:

  • School Adoption: Providing regular dental check-ups, health education, and preventive treatments to students in adopted schools.
  • Orphanage Support: Offering dental care, hygiene education, and emotional support to children in orphanages.
  • Old Age Home Care: Delivering dental services, including preventive and restorative treatments, to residents of old age homes, ensuring they receive the care they need.
